New Tex S.r.l., in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.
Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
In particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes related to the implementation of obligations relating to legislative requirements:

Manage the maintenance of the network and IT systems.

Your data will also be used for the following purposes related to the execution of measures connected to contractual or pre-contractual obligations:

Follow up on the data subject’s requests following pre-contractual or contractual obligations;
Provide and manage booking services;
Manage user requests through contact forms.

Your data will also be used for the following purposes necessary for pursuing the legitimate interest of the controller:

Prevent or detect any abuses and defend the rights and interests of the controller.

Your personal data may also, subject to your consent, be used for the following purposes:

Sending commercial information via email.

The provision of data is optional for you with regard to the above purposes, and any refusal to process it will not compromise the continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the processing itself.
Processing Methods
Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:

Processing by electronic means.

All processing is carried out in compliance with the methods set out in Articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and by adopting the appropriate security measures provided for.
Your data will be processed solely by personnel expressly authorised by the Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of authorised personnel:

Administration Office;
Marketing Office.

Communication
Your data may be communicated to external parties for the proper management of the relationship and in particular to the following categories of Recipients, including all duly appointed Data Processors:

Freelance consultants, including in associated form;
Web service providers for platform management.

Dissemination
Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
Transfer of Data
Your personal data may also be transferred, limited to the purposes indicated above, to the following countries:

EU countries;
Safe non-EU countries.

Retention Period
Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimisation, pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:

10 years from receipt of the request, with regard to the purpose of managing requests from the data subject;
3 months, with regard to system administrator obligations;
For the time necessary to manage the controller’s requests.

You have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification, portability, objection to the processing of personal data concerning you, and in general you may exercise all the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of the GDPR.

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, their communication in an intelligible form, and the possibility of lodging a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
The data subject has the right to obtain indication of:a. the origin of the personal data;b. the purposes and methods of processing;c. the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;d. the identification details of the controller, processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, processors, or persons in charge.
The data subject has the right to obtain:a. updating, rectification or, where interested, integration of the data;b. erasure, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;c. certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right protected;d. data portability.
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;b. to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Consent of the Data Subject
The provision of data for marketing purposes (e.g., sending commercial communications via email) is optional.
Consent is obtained explicitly and demonstrably through:

Pre-selected checkbox in the website forms
Automatic recording of date, time, IP, and consent text
